HELLEBUSCH Tool & Die has been designing & building quality die cast dies and plastic injection molds since 1973. As the demand for quality light-weight, aluminum, magnesium, and plastic components has grown, HTD has expanded to meet the challenge.
Today our 70-member team made up of skilled craftsman, engineers and support staff, operates within our 50,000 square foot facility; which is conveniently located in the St. Louis area, making us well positioned to service our partners in the US, Canada, and Mexico.
Through the years, we believe it’s our passion for tooling and our culture of quality & technical innovation that’s helped to make us a supplier of choice to a broad variety of customers in the automotive, electrical, consumer products, telecommunications, and other value-added markets.
Our ISO 9001 controlled processes start each project with a meeting between one or more of our engineers and you, the customer, to discuss tool construction and part configuration.
Construction is completed on time by skilled craftsmen using the latest available technology and machine tools. Please take a few moments to explore this site and view all of our videos to learn more about our capabilities.
Whatever die cast or injection molded part you need to produce, Hellebusch Tool and Die can take your ideas from start to finish. Our team is your team. Let us help you avoid costly design mistakes. Let us help you take production to the next level.
Let us make your job easier.

Our vision is to have a positive and lasting impact on our local communities by getting involved. Hellebusch has been consistently committed to fostering a spirit of citizenship by encouraging and facilitating the involvement of our employees in community leadership roles and volunteer projects.
For the past 45 years our company has prospered because of our employee’s outstanding work ethic and a passion to do the job right the first time. Our employees and our local community are known for its work ethic, volunteerism and giving to others to make our community a better place to live for everyone, especially those in need.
Wally and Jeff Hellebusch have both been active board members of the Washington Chamber of Commerce and Wally has been a member of the board for the Missouri State Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, both Wally and Jeff both have been active volunteers for their local church parish and other local community organizations.
At Hellebusch Tool and Die we are proud to do our part for the community. Every year at Christmas we send donations to the Emmaus Home in our customer’s names. (An organization to help people with special needs live as independently as possible). We also have a team with the Alzheimer Association local walk, and match all donations collected. Through our efforts we have become the leading team in our area and rank nationally. Last year alone the Hellebusch team raised over $43,500.00 for the Alzheimer’s Association. Some of the other local groups we donate to and volunteer for are as follows: The United Way, St Francis Borgia High School, Washington High School, St Vincent, St Gertrude, Our Lady of Lourdes, Knights of Columbus, Loving Hearts Outreach, Missourian Reading Program for school children, Washington Historical Society, Washington Chamber of Commerce and others.
In addition, we support various educational programs throughout the region through involvement on boards or monetary donations. Those organizations include Four Rivers Vocational Center, East Central College, Ranken Technical College, State Technical College of Missouri, and STEM programs for local middle and high schools.
